Dora Buck, Principal Broker

Dora has first-hand knowledge of the highways and rolling byways of the beautiful Northern Shenandoah Valley.  The Virginia native has helped many find their valley homes since earning her Realtor’s license in 1988.  Over the years, she has served on area and state real estate professional boards and committees and attended academies to continue her real estate training.  In 2002, she partnered with Kelly Sager to operate Sager Real Estate, where Dora is now principal broker.

Dora and husband Stephen reside in Strasburg, the quaint Virginia town where Dora grew up.  The couple raised daughters Abby and Grace in Strasburg, and now cherish their time spent with son-in-law Jamie, grandchildren Colton and Dorie, the family’s beloved Jack Russell terrier Josie, Lucy the cat, and their two horses. The Bucks enjoy their many friends and community, and are members of the Strasburg United Methodist Church.  Dora has a not-so-secret pastime, and you might catch a glimpse of her as she rolls through the countryside on her Harley.  Be sure to wave!

Kelly Sager, Associate Broker

Kelly Sager is a native and resident of Strasburg, where she resides with her husband Nick Racey and their daughter Anna. Her entire working career has been in local real estate. After graduating from Lord Fairfax Community College, she went to work for her father in his real estate business, Sager Associates, Inc. After 7 years as an Agent, she became the Broker and owner of her father’s company. In 2002, she partnered with Dora Buck to continue Sager Real Estate, a leader in the community.

Kelly is a lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Strasburg, where she serves on Council. Kelly is presently the Property Committee Chairperson and serves on the Long Range Planning. She has been active in her community through the Strasburg Chamber of Commerce Board, Jaycees, Rotary, Chairperson of the Town of Strasburg’s Beautification Committee, and served on the Glen Burnie Museum Council. She is presently serving on the First Bank Council.

Kelly attained her Realtor’s license in 1989 and her Broker’s license in 1996 with Sager Associates, Inc., and has continued to work as a full time Realtor, Associate Broker and Co-Owner of Sager Real Estate.

Kelly has earned numerous, awards and served on many committees through the Massanutten Association of Realtors: 2003 “Realtor of the Year,” President’s and Outstanding Sales Club awards, Chairperson of Grievance and member of Professional Standards.
