I have been a Realtor since 2002 and have had the privilege of spending my entire real estate career with Sager Real Estate. Over the years, I’ve built my business on a simple philosophy: be available, work hard, and always put my clients first. I strive to answer my phone whenever it rings because I know that being there when my clients need me is an important part of providing great service.
Much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals from people I’ve had the pleasure of helping over the years. I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built and consider it one of the greatest compliments when a past client trusts me enough to refer their family and friends.
My experience includes residential properties, listings and sales, properties for lease, and the management of rental properties. I have also developed extensive knowledge of land sales and listings. With more than two decades in the real estate business, I understand the importance of knowing not only the property, but also the community and the surrounding area.
I have lived my entire life in beautiful Shenandoah County, Virginia, and know the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding communities very well. I truly love these mountains and the place I’m fortunate to call home. That local knowledge, combined with years of experience, allows me to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions about their real estate.
I also own and operate my own self storage business in the area. I can help my clients with their storage needs when buying or selling their properties.
Outside of real estate, family is a very important part of my life. I have been married for 47 years, have two children, and am the proud grandmother of three granddaughters.
Whether you are buying, selling, leasing, or looking for help with a rental property, I work hard to provide dependable, personal service from start to finish. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the people and families of the Shenandoah Valley and look forward to helping my clients with all of their real estate needs.
