With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Lorie Bowers (Crabill) is a trusted Associate Broker licensed in Virginia and West Virginia. Known for her knowledge, integrity, and genuine commitment to her clients, Lorie brings a personalized approach to every transaction. Her extensive education includes an Associate Degree in Human Services, along with the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR) designations and certifications. She also has extensive knowledge in new construction and the building process.

A resident of the local area for more than 30 years, her commitment to serving others that extends well beyond real estate. Over the years, she has served her local churches, volunteered with numerous charitable and fundraising organizations, inside and outside of the local school systems, and held leadership roles including serving on the Board of Directors for a local bank and the Chamber of Commerce. She was also a charter member of the local Kiwanis Club of Strasburg that she has been a member of for more than 10 years.

In her free time, Lorie enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughters, traveling, volunteering, and caring for the family’s 3 chickens, donkeys Pippy & Daisy, and dog, Cooper.
